You can build reports using scorecard measure labels on Usage Data, User Adoption, and GS Scorecards objects.
To build reports on scorecard measure labels:
You are requested to go to Administration > Health Scoring > Account Scorecards, which is a one-time procedure. Loading this page causes Gainsight to automatically populate measure labels for each of your existing measures. These measure labels can then be used to generate useful reports.
Note: If you have a lot of data, please perform this procedure at the end of your day.
The following message displays once your label data is populated:
You can now build reports using scorecard measure labels on Usage Data, User Adoption, and GS Scorecards objects. For every measure that you create, Gainsight automatically creates a corresponding Measure Label. This helps you in performing a Group By Measure Labels in reports. For example, if you have a measure named ’Bugs’, you will also have a ‘Bugs label’ (text data type), which is generated automatically, that can be used in reports.
Note: The scorecard schema, if modified, is automatically reflected in the built report.
The following image displays a habits report by CSMs that is automatically grouped by measure labels: Yellow, Red, Orange, Lime, and Green.
