Operational Reports are available out-of-the-box with Gainsight and are visible to anyone with access to the Cockpit tab. These reports provide information about your Calls to Action (for a selected date range) and their tasks, along with owners, priorities, status, reason.
Navigate to Cockpit Operational Reporting
From Cockpit, click the double chevron on the left, and then select Reports.
The Overview page contains six basic reports, including:
- Calls to Action trends, by CTA type, and for a date range
- Total Calls to Action & Count of Customers by Reason
- Total Calls to Action by Priority & Status
- Total Tasks by Status & Priority
If you click on a data point, a detailed view of the corresponding data will display. Additionally, you can select the date range for the Calls to Action Trends report, or create an advanced filter.
The Leaderboard page displays all of your account owners (CSMs, AM's, etc.) and their Open CTAs, Closed CTAs, the associated ARR at Risk, and open/closed Tasks. You can also select the date range or create an advanced filter, as well as click any data point to view the details behind it.
