This article will walk you through how to find the XHR console logs which are sometimes needed to troubleshoot issues.

Navigate to the area where you are experiencing a problem, and right click on the page.  Choose Inspect Element.

The highlighted area shows if there was a problem or not.  In this example, the 200 status message shows a successful connection to the server.  404 is a common status when there is an issue.

When there is a 404 or other error message (it will be red).  Click on the specific Apexremote that is highlighted in red.

Click on Response and send all of the JSON text in the ticket.
