Experience Faster, Smarter Community Data Exports with Exports V2

Gainsight has enhanced Community’s data export functionality, delivering better data accuracy, broader insights, and a smoother user experience with the new Exports v2.

Known Limitations

Limitation Details
Historical Data Only includes data from January 01, 2021, onward
Date Range Filters Applies to creation or event dates, depending on export type
Minor Data Differences Some timestamps and field values may vary due to the new data model

We have enhanced Smart Assistant to deliver a more powerful AI search experience. The new AI Answers feature uses advanced OpenAI models to generate real-time, streaming responses that feel as natural and dynamic as a conversation.

Gain Visibility into Search Usage with Search Analytics Dashboard (BETA)

Gainsight introduces the Search Analytics Dashboard, providing admins and community managers with visibility into how users interact with search.

The Search Analytics Dashboard can be enabled from Settings page.

The Search Analytics dashboard surfaces key metrics to help teams understand search usage and performance, including:
