Enhancements

Track Expansion Opportunities Across All Accounts

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) can now view all expansion opportunities across their accounts in a single report. Previously, the Expansion Analysis report showed one row per account, requiring CSMs to open each account to view individual opportunities. The Expansion Opportunities report displays one row per opportunity, making it easier to filter, sort, and export at the opportunity level.

Reports page highlights Expansion opportunities tile among available report options.

Key Enhancements

  • Expansion Opportunities report: A new Expansion Opportunities report is now available directly in Reports. The report displays one row per expansion opportunity and opens on the last 90 days by default, showing the newest analysis first.
  • Default columns: The report includes the following columns by default:
    • Account
    • Offering
    • Generated
    • Category
    • AI confidence
    • Summary
  • Filters: You can filter the report by Account, Category, and Momentum.

Expansion opportunities report lists accounts, offerings, categories, confidence, and summaries.

Example Business Use Case

A CSM managing a large portfolio of accounts wants to identify expansion opportunities before the next quarterly business review. Previously, the CSM had to open each account individually to check for expansion signals. With the Expansion Opportunities report, the CSM filters the report by Category set to Up-sell and sorts by AI confidence to surface the strongest opportunities first. The CSM then exports the report to share with the account management team ahead of the review.

For more information, refer to the Expansion Opportunities Report article.

View Integration Connection Details

Admins can now view connection details directly on each integration card in Settings > Integrations. The integration card now displays who activated the integration, when it was connected, and the user and account configured on the provider's side.

Key Capabilities

The integration card now displays the following fields:

  • Authorized by: The Staircase AI user who activated the integration.
  • Connected on: The date and time the integration was activated.
  • Provider user: The user account defined on the provider's side.
  • Provider account: The account in use on the provider's side.

Salesforce integration settings show connection details and account synchronization filters.

  • Connection details are visible only after the integration is connected.
  • The fields displayed vary by integration. Provider user and Provider account appear only when the integration provides this information.

For more information on how to configure the integration, refer to the Integrations Overview and Configuration Guide article.
