Issues Addressed

C360

  • Admin Unable to Access NPS® Widget: An error message previously displayed whenever an admin user attempted to access the NPS® widget in a shared 360 link. The error message displayed the following: Failed to call permission service, Error:null. This issue has now been resolved, and admin users are able to access the NPS® widget as expected.

  • Extra Space in C360 Screen: Previously, additional space was unexpectedly displaying on the left side of the C360 screen, which resulted in some display issues. This issue has now been resolved, and the C360 screen is displaying as expected.

  • Global Search Displaying Character Incorrectly: The global search feature was previously displaying ampersand characters as “&amp” instead of “&”. This issue has now been resolved, and ampersands are now displaying as expected.

  • Reports not Rendering on C360 Page: Previously, reports built off of SFDC custom objects were not rendering on the C360 page in NXT and SFDC environments. This issue has now been resolved, and reports are now rendering as expected.

  • Unable to Display all Pages in Customer Tab: It was not previously possible to view all pages in the Customer tab as expected. This issue also made the previous page option unusable from the second page. The issue has now been resolved, and page display and navigation options are working as expected.
