Map CoPilot Analytics to a Scorecard Measure (1.0)

This tutorial walks you through how to include CoPilot Analytics in a Scorecard Measure. The email open rate provides insight into whether customers are engaged with your organization, and is an indicator of good customer health. To track the email open rate and pull it into a scorecard measure, you will create a rule with the Email Logs object and pull in the Open Count field. This field tracks the number of emails opened by a customer. This tutorial assumes that you already have a measure related to email analytics setup in your scorecard. In the Set Score action of the rule, select the relevant measure and set a scoring scheme, and then set the criteria with the Open Count field. For example, if the open count value is 0, you can set the scoring scheme to Red.

To pull CoPilot Analytics into a Scorecard measure:

  1. Create a new rule.
