Transactions can be added from a variety of places in Gainsight. This article will walk you through how to add a transaction from the Customer 360 View. These configurations pertain to LRM 1.0, as opposed to LRM 2.0.

Pull up a customer in Gainsight, scroll down to Transactions and click Add Transaction

All Opportunities which can be added will be available in the opportunity drop down. Data will be populated based on the Opportunity Connector mappings. Fields in red are required. Click Save to add the Transaction.

The new transaction will now show up in the Transactions section of the Customer 360 View.
