1. Navigate to the respective layouts page. 
    1. For creating C360 Layouts: Navigate to Administration > C360 Layouts.
    2. For creating R360 Layouts: Navigate to Administration > Relationships > [Click Settings on a relationship type] > 360 Layouts
  2. Click + LAYOUT.

  1. Enter information in the following fields:
    1. Name: The name of the C360 layout being created. 
    2. Description: The description of the layout being created.

  1. Click SAVE. The layout gets created as shown in the following image.

  1. Hover over the created layout and then click the Pencil icon.

  1. Drag-and-drop the desired sections available in the left pane to the right, as shown in the following image.

Notes:

  • Click the pencil icon on the section to select the Show in options. For example, if Customer 360 is selected, the section will appear on the C360 page.
  • The Customer/Relationship 360 checkbox is selected by default when a section is added to the layout.
  • The layout is saved automatically.
  1. Add fields, sections, and associated objects as required. After you add a field/section/associated object, you can rename it as required. 
  2. After configuring the layout, you can create criteria to assign the layout for a particular relationship type.
  3. Click ASSIGN LAYOUT. Using the Assign Layout option, C360/R360 layouts can be assigned to different Accounts/Relationship Types. In the Assign Layout dialog, you can assign a layout specifically for an Account type and User type. Multiple conditions can also be created in the Assign Layouts dialog. For example, you can assign one layout for accounts in the Implementation stage and a different layout for accounts in the Adopting stage.
    1. Click the + icon to add additional conditions for the layout.
    2. If any of the configured conditions do not match, the Default Layout is automatically used for displaying sections on the 360 page.
    3. If more than one criteria are met for an account, then the first matching layout is displayed.

  1. Select an Account/Relationship attribute and a user attribute.

Note: Currently you can only use fields with the following data types, to assign a criteria.

  • String 
  • Lookup
  • Picklist
  • Formula
  • Text
  1. Assign a layout for the selected attributes.
  2. Click SAVE
